Welcome to Digital Lettings
Welcome to Tai Tarian’s online application for housing.
The information you enter in this form may help us to help you find a home. You must answer all the questions that apply to you in full, honestly and truthfully as this is a legal document. If you need help filling in this form please contact us.
Press the ‘next’ button when you are ready to start. Use the back, next and save buttons at the bottom of each page to move through the application form.
You can save your application at any time. You will be asked to create an account so will need a user name and password.
Please send us all the information we ask for or we may not be able to register your application.
To join our Housing Register you must:
- be 16 years of age or over
- not be subject to immigration control
- be a resident/living in the UK
The application form aims to find out information about you, your household, your circumstances and needs so there are lots of questions that need to be answered.
Allow yourself 30-45 minutes to complete it.
Some questions must be answered before you can move onto the next but you are able to save the form at any point and return to it within 28 working days. Once you have answered all questions and uploaded the documents required, you will be able to submit the form.

Available properties are advertised weekly on www.taitarian.co.uk and you can apply for up to five properties within your category each week. Advertising starts on a Friday morning and finishes at midday on Monday. This may vary occasionally to allow for holiday periods such as Christmas.
- You must be eligible for housing and have an active live application in order to place a bid on advertised properties.
